The salt content of foods, which really makes a big difference in your BP.

If you do not really help, can do certain things.

1. Cut out smoking and drinking beer.
2. Get more moving. Walk 40 minutes per day.
3. Meditate. Relax your body and mind.
4. Reduce homework stress.

Do four things, and you should see a drop in blood pressure without dumping salt.
