In fact, I have) two (in the ideal case. If you are a closer look at the shape of each leaf, we see that a different purpose, to distinguish true.

If you read a little more description, it is carbon steel between 16 layers of stainless steel. Carbon steel is harder than stainless steel and has a very good edge. Stainless steel is rust-free and adds stiffness and strength. In addition, Damascus surface seems very good.

Titan is the layer of titanium, not fixed. Titan is already difficult enough to have a good edge as carbon steel, carbon steel, vanadium, molybdenum-coated titanium ... "The blue is anodized really looking great, too.

Frankly, I can not go wrong with either ... is more a matter of personal taste. If price is important, is the first (non titanium) is less than $ 40.

First you need to find one that fits your hand .... Test. See that you are feeling better.

I have a Shun knife .... It feels good and fits my hand well. But still cost an arm and a leg.

There are great knives out there sheap thouugh.

F. Dick makes a good knife ... Froschner Victorinox is also a decent one too.

Ricky Bobby said, Christmas is coming, and give what better gift for a loved one ... one Jackhawk 9000! Available at Wal-Mart!

But seriously, Titan is the best option. The light, however, point out. And she will not die on you!

I looked at the links to the two knives and I personally think I prefer carbon steel appeal. This makes carbon and stainless steel. I insist on the stainless steel piece of him because he is a knife that was only carbon and finished with a rust problem is a roommate (left wet! Had). The other reason I prefer the knife on the knife handle is made of titanium. The way the Titan looks like my hand could slip this opportunity again.

Good luck with your new knife as you choose.
