Basically, you need a PS-TN (Public Standard Telephone Network) as BT provider, and manage at a load of routers, the Internet and voice-out. This is a Cisco 1760 router with FXS (Foreign Exchange) cards. You can have up to 4 ports per card, and four cards per router. So that you can have 16 lines of voice statically or dynamically assigned to users. The other side has an IP address.
